The key aim of the holistic wellness platform is user empowerment. Through wide-ranging wellness modules and apps
supported by deep knowledge, advanced tools and related support service, the platform is designed to give every user
an amazing experience as they intiate and implement thier personal holistic wellness journey.
Whilst being hugely comprensive, the holistic wellness platform is also end to end. And it is 100% science and research backed.

1.Wellness Risk Assessment Module
This module is the starting point for every user. The wellness risk assessment can be delivered
by a traing AI Consultant or the user can choose to complete an online form. Its a comprenhensive personal
wellness survey taking from 10 to 20 minutes to complete. Well worth the time. The output is a series of graded wellness risks
embracing for example the user’s visceral fat risk, BMI risk, Sleep Apnea risk, diabetes risk, IBS risk, Celiac risk,
Lactose intolerance risk, Insomnia risk, insomnia and circadian sleep risks and axiety risks.
Each of those risks is assessed and prioritised based on user significance. The user can update thier wellness assessment
on a regular basis as they progress through their holistic wellness journey.
- Engagement Module and Wellness Dashboard
Once the assessment is complete with wellness risks and opportunies established the uiser will begin the improvement process.
Priorised by the higher risks, the user will be linked to a ‘learn > analyse or test > plan process.
After an easy to understand risk focused audio and video learning process, the user can optionally source home based
tests and analysis to better understand each risk identified during assessment.
To complete the engagement stage, the user can priortise their primary wellness risks. That process will take the user
to thier personally configured Holistic Wellness Dashboard which holds a five wellness planning modules each with its own
apps and services. These modules are the next stage of your holistic wellness journey thier position on the dashboard
being prioritised by the risks on which they are focused.
- Five core wellness modules
a) Body Mass Module – this module comprises a body objectives app where the users food and actvityy goals are agreed,
a seriously clever food planning app, an activity planning app embracing both EAT and NEAT categories each with thier
own generic ativcity derivatives and a ‘Make my Day app’ where users consolidate activity and food plans into
‘day ‘ or ‘week’ plans that support body mass outcomes from body objectives.
Each of these apps is significant! The apps are extensive.
The Food App for example will include risk-focused meal planning based on user-driven AI prompts, massive food databases
and and in-shop food barcode scanning each contributing to the creation of a user’s ‘personal pantry’.
During meal planning the user will define their day type, any diet plan preference (eg Mediteranean diet),
thier cooking preferences and selecting food by meal type from thier personal pantry. The users pantry is of significant
relevance to the Nutrient Planning module which is discussed next.
In conjuction with the Food Planning App the user will create an integrated Activity Planning. However the Activity
Planning app is very different to any tradition fitness app. It starts by understanding what type of
activities the user prefers and is comfortable to adapt to. And can genuinely enjoy! This is where the idea of
NEAT and EAT activities and thier 8 sub classes guide the users activity choice along with the recent science
driving those choices. Sure the gym is great for some. But not everyone. So its far from an obligation to include this class
of activity as part of a users holistic wellness journey.
Together the food planning and activity planning apps combine to produce a complete body mass plan.
Thats the ‘Make My Day’ App. Its creates day plans, week plans that are totally user-driven reflecting lifestyle wishes.
Whilst the body mass module is best for bmi, visceral fat, apnea and related risks like hypertension, headaches etc,
each of the other four modules we will cover is offerred in support of a the users holistic wellness journey – but with
Body mass being a primary focus.
b) Nutrient Module. This module is for users with gastro related wellness risks like diabetes, celiac,
lactose intolerance, gluten intolerence, allergies and IBS risks. Or for users who might want a bulk, tone or
strength focused nutrient plan. Again, the user can opt for further at-home tests to support the initial wellness
risk assessment. The risk assessment together with the users wishes, are combined to create nutrient planning
objectives which drive large-scale nutient database searches and AI to create a personal nutrient plan.
The nuitrient plan is then fed into the food planning app (above) which will make the nutrient plan as it primary
meal planning goal. Again, each of the other four modules will be offerred in support of the users holistic wellness journey
but in this case the nutrient plan will be the key focus.
Sleep Module– this module is focused on insomnia, apnea and circadian rythm sleep risk outcomes.
Again it begins with optional further ‘at-home’ testing. The outcome will be a clear sleep improvement focus.
Eirther circadian rythm, apnea or insomnia. If apnea is the key risk, the user will almost certainly be guided
to the body mass and possibly nutrient planning modules together with the scientific reasons for that explained.
If the user has significant insomnnia or circadian rythtnm risks they will use the Cognitivive Behavioural – Insomnia app
on thier journey to improved sleep. That app will review sleep efficiences,
sleep patterns, sleep programs and inroduce cognitive sleep improvement techniques over a period of weeks. One step at a time.
This app is configured to address the unique issues of insomnia or circadain rythm each of which presents
different cognitive and personal challenges. The process will be AI driven with interactive video and session assessment.
It is designed to improve on traditional CBTi techniques that might offer a one-solution-fits-all approach.
The sleep module is always inclusive of the anxiety module. Its a well established vicious circle where one risk drives the
drives the other. Again each of the other wellness modules will be offerred in support of the sleep module and
the users holistic wellness journey in this with sleep being the primary focus.
Anxiety Module– this module is for high risk anxiety assessment outcomes. The entire anxiety environment is run by an AI
Anxiety consultant who will introduce and deliver utilities embracing Learning, Mindfulness, Nerve Stimulation,
Therapy and Lifestyle therapies.
Access to this module is especially relevant for the many users who simply cannot afford the luxury of bought-in
expertise whilst very little professional support is readily available at no cost. Again other wellness modules
are available in support of the anxiety module and as part of the users holistic wellness
journey,
Activity Module- this module is a must for every every wellness risk. However unlike the many fitness apps this
module gives users very real options to reach activity goals without (as mentioned before) the gym.
The two primnary categories of activity each with further subclasses were also mentioned ealier.
The first category is EAT which facilitates planned formal exercise in four subclasses. The second category
is NEAT which defines a huge range of day to day activities.
Users are able to select activites, easily establish their relative merits and personal liferstyle fit along with
the MET impact of each activity. The module will generate personal activity schedules that are fun and therefore work.
Objectives and monitoring are key components of this comprehensive ‘first of its kind’ activity planning app.
The Activitry module will integrate and supprt every other module seamlessly throughout their holistic wellness journey.
- Monitor
Each week the user is encouraged to complete five minute tracker. The results are integrated into the users wellness
profile and shown on a time-based graphical monitors so the user has a quick snapshot of holistic wellness progress.
At any time the user can extend the process to include an update of the full risk assessment module. - Applicability
The platform is designed for pc, laptop and mobile devices. - Joining the Welnness Community
The platform is built to support both individuals on holistic wellness journey or its can be
joined by groups and organisations supporting a specific community. For example the head of a family might
create a family memebership plan with memebers payong nothing to use the platform. Or employers might want to make it avaialble
at no cost to thier employees. Or health centers and surgeries who see the benefit of assessing wellness and
empowering thier patients with science-backed improvement pathways. Again surgeries can offer
the holistic wellness platform to their patients at no cost. A game changer for may busy GPs and
thier patients suffering long waits or high expense . Or it could be a therapist or personal trainer who wishes
