Copy each category output (ID, cals, name, description) and send to AI.

Ask AI to build the MASTER JSON filter (include/exclude/ignore terms).

Modify /admin-filter-wholefoods-ukph/ to assign ai_gen based on MASTER JSON.

Open Admin Food Manager and inspect new categories.

Assign flags (USDA Legacy, USDA Foundation, UKPH).

Run AI enrichment to add pseudo‑categories, keywords, diet/intolerance JSON.
