A. EMAIL

Webmail URL: email.ionos.co.uk
Passwords have been set for:
1. katie@bodysleepmind.com (forwarded to katie1westwood@gmail.com → tested ok)
2. *@bodysleepmind.com (forwarded to westwoodchristopher@gmail.com → tested ok)

To reset passwords go to https://my.ionos.co.uk/email-overview (ONCE LOGGED IN) and tap the three vertical dots. You can also visit webmail directly from these dots without passwords.

B. SERVER PERFORMANCE MONITORING

Monitoring Platform performance has two measures.

1. Process

Go to Plesk from the IONOS dashboard (*)
Click Process List in the side menu
Look at the mariadbd report link (scroll down)
If disk space is closer to 100%, that’s a sign to upgrade.

2. SSH

Go to Plesk dashboard from the IONOS dashboard
Go to Extensions / My Extensions tab (from the Plesk side menu)
Go to ‘SSH Terminal’ to generate an SSH terminal
Type df -h to generate a disk utilisation report
Look at /dev/vda1 – this is the key metric (use %)

C. UPGRADE

To upgrade, call IONOS on 0333 335 5691 which is the direct line to servers.

1. Upgrading to a bigger VPS:

Note: You will not get these prices as there are different (higher) prices for existing upgrade users.
The process is simple: call IONOS on 0333 335 5691 and they will manage the transition seamlessly.

2. Dedicated Servers

A dedicated server will be set up by the IONOS team for a small fee of £200 max.
The seamless process will leave you with websites + WordPress dashboard + Plesk.
However, FTP and Plesk will need to be reset due to new IP addresses.
